• Delivery charges are mentioned at checkout and vary by location.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect products.

• Customized items and lingerie are non-returnable due to hygiene and personalization policies.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged/wrong item with proof (photos/video) to be eligible.

• We do our best to ensure all product information is accurate.

• Slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

• Custom items may vary slightly based on the materials used.
